IT Specialists
What We're Looking For
- BS in Information Technology or related course
- Hands-on experience in PC troubleshooting, networking, and software installation
- Familiarity with Windows OS and remote access applications
- Keen attention to detail, excellent customer service, and independence
- Willingness to travel anywhere in the Philippines
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications in a Windows environment
- Handle PC assembly, maintenance, and network setup
- Manage MS SQL-related tasks (experience a plus)
- Support remote users using tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Ensure systems are secure, efficient, and up to date
- Travel to various sites across the Philippines for IT support when needed
